The building was always nice and well maintained. I don’t know if I had extremely quiet neighbors or what, but I never heard anyone once I was inside my unit. The staff was really what made this building so great though – they were always extremely helpful, friendly, and nice. I never had any maintenance issues with them but any time I needed to work with them on move-in, move-out, rent, etc. they were right on the ball and really nice about everything.
Within 10 minutes walking distance there is grocery, dining, clubs/bars, shopping and just about everything else you need. The current apartment manager is extremely helpful and nice. The building is well kempt thanks to the maintenance manager. I like this place and recommend it for affordable living downtown.
I love this place! Clean, new and everything works. Great views, nice laundry rooms and convinient trash chutes. It’s pet and bicycle friendly and with a right in the middle of it location, night clubs, restraunts, art gallerys and shopping, right on the bus mall. This can mean noise and occasionally a pet will stray but that’s Downtown baby and the rare bad apple has been handled nicely by management. Also we have a top-notch 24/7 maintenence man. I think I’ll stick around!
